Better than NO-Names by Mattel on 2/3/2015
If your going to use a tank protector you don't want to cheap out. Some no-names will yellow in the sun or peal back at the corners. Be sure you clean the tank surface very well with rubbing alcohol, and then wipe down with a micro fiber cloth.

This will ensure no trash is under the protector. You can also warm it with a hair dryer or heat gun to make it more flexible, just be sure to not hold it long in one place as you may melt or scorch it. In the winter you can warm the tank in the same manner to allow it to form to the shape of the tank better.

Amazing Product! by Robert C. on 4/15/2014
Amazing product! I never realized how much I take this for granted until I looked at the bike after a ride one day and the protector had a little scratch in it from my belt buckle. Had I not had this I can only imagine what it would have done to the tank.

Does the Job by Steve H. on 4/15/2014
This protector does its job and prevents those scratches and scuffs. I placed it near the base of the tank on my stealth black 2011 696, and I like the look and simple application. It's noticeable but not so much that it stands out (i.e. not too shiny/reflective).

Nicer Than Anticipated by Riki O. on 4/15/2014
It actually came out nicer than I originally anticipated. The clear protector allows you to see the colors of the tank while protecting it. Just be careful when applying, make sure the surface is clean, and position where is needed.
