The top-of-the-line Ducati Desmo helmet was developed for off-road use and is dedicated to Enduro and Motocross riders who do not compromise when it comes to safety and comfort. The exterior is made of ScLc (Super complex Laminate construction), a material that offers 40% greater strength than standard fiberglass. The detachable Eco-Pure® fabric inner liner and Facial Contour System (FCS) with elastic support up to the cheekbone make the helmet more comfortable and easy to wear, while providing excellent stability with minimal pressure. The helmet's ventilation is its greatest strength, thanks to the aerodynamically optimized peak, diffusers that create a Venturi effect on the back, and multiple air vents that improve flows inside. The Arai sun visor is elongated and rounded to protect against mud and other objects, while featuring frontal holes for cooling and multiple outlet vents for reduced lift effect at high speeds. Excellent protection from debris is maximized by the air vent on the mouth, mounted from the outside for better penetration resistance, and the one-piece stainless steel mesh goggles, which provide an additional splash barrier and reduce the accumulation of mud. The level of excellence achieved in the areas of safety and comfort can also be seen in terms of aesthetics. This is thanks to the Drudi Performance signature design that echoes the racing liveries of the Reds of Borgo Panigale that have featured in various championships. The eye-catching glossy paint finish is embellished with the fluorescent red curve theme on a Ducati red base, resulting in the style common to all the garments in the new capsule collection dedicated to the world of motocross.

Designed after the Arai VX-Pro4, this helmet features an intermediate oval head shape.

  • ScLc (Super complex Laminate construction). 40% stronger than standard fibre glass in extension and bending resistance. Two layers of Super Fibre, one middle layer of special fibre. The middle layer consists of a very special material, a very strong and light chemical fibre exclusive to Arai

    • Inside:

  • Removable interior in Eco-Pure® fabric with very limited frame area
  • Facial Contour System (FCS). A foam spring support in the cheek pad that compresses and rebounds makes putting the helmet on easier. The cheek pad wraps under the jaw- and cheekbone instead of mostly on the soft cheek area. FCS offers a looser fit with secure support over a larger area providing superior stability and comfort with minimal pressure

    • Visor:

  • The Arai peak scavenges and forces air into the forehead vent ports for cooling while at the same time using multiple relief-ports to reduce “lifting” at higher speeds

    • Additional Features:

  • Racing closure with D-ring fastening, with button to secure the strap
  • Ventilation. Easy-to-clean diffusers create a strong Venturi vacuum at the rear. Centre top vent for increased airflow. Under-peak air intake collects and directs cool air into the helmet. Inner chin vent shutter prevents debris coming into the helmet in dusty riding conditions. Goggle ventilation and lower side vents.
  • Mouth vent. Mounted from the outside to further improve penetration resistance. The one-piece, stainless steel mesh screen provides a durable barrier against roost while minimizing mud packing. The removable screen is easy to clean
  • Dirt removal. The elongated and rounded peak helps protect the rider from mud or other objects. The going-through vent ducts and removable rear vent also allow you to remove dirt easily.
  • Goggle band guidance. The eye-opening side trim and ridged vent ducts design allows the goggle band to sit firmly even during hard riding
