Payment Policies

We support transactions via PayPal, major credit cards through our secure site including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express and bank wire transfer. All transactions are handled in secure environments (PCI-DSS compliant and 128-bit SSL). The charge will appear on your statement as "AMS Ducati Dallas".

When Will I Be Charged?

For PayPal and credit card transactions we will authorize the full amount when you place the order. This puts a hold on the funds (they will be marked as pending in your online transaction register, but will not be removed from your account). When we process your order we capture the funds and they will be removed from your account. All special orders require payment up front.

PayPal/Braintree Payments

PayPal's service gives you simpler ways to send money without sharing financial information, and with the flexibility to pay using your account balances, bank accounts, credit cards or promotional financing. Credit cards are processed via Braintree, which is owned by PayPal.

Saved Credit Cards

Through Braintree you have the option of securely storing a payment method for future use. Your credit card details are never visible to us and never touch our server - they are only held in Braintree's PCI compliant environment and a token is used to request payments without transmitting your data.

Transactions via Bank Wire Transfer

We accept bank wire transfer as a payment method during checkout on orders exceeding $500 in value. Our banking details are provided during checkout and your order will be processed once our bank confirms receipt of your wire.
